Do you require a deposit?

Yes. A deposit on all trips is always required and communicated prior to moving forward with booking.

Do you offer bundle deals?

At the time of your inquiry, you're able to detail if you want a multi-destination trip, if you would like added excursions or to self-book and if you would want private transportation and transfers. Please be advised that we do not book personal rental vehicles for you as that is up to your discretion during your stay. 

Can I add travel insurance to my trip?

Absolutely! We have a partnership with an excellent travel insurance company and this can be added for an additional fee to the travel insurance agency, this can be sent in your personalized itinerary and invoice. 

Do you require payment for sending over a customized proposal and researching a trip?

Yes, we do charge a travel research and inquiry fee when we are providing you with a customized proposal that is tailored to your travelneeds, when you fill out the inquiry form this is the fee you are assessed for our time and efforts. Please see the policies page for further information.

When is final payment typically due on trips?

Final payments are always stated to you multiple times in our communication, however standard policy is that final payments are due 45 days prior to departure unless you are taking a last-minute trip then full payment is due at the time of booking, no exceptions.
